DLG-Gold-Medals for Trüller, Cologne

Acknowledgment of highest quality and craftsmanship

The specialist for snacks, Trüller Knabber-Gebäck from Cologne, manufactures products promising a delicious taste and fresh fun to snack on. This is what the experts of the test centre for food of the DLG (German Agricultural Society) found out this year at the international quality contest for fine bakery and sweets in Berlin. The experts awarded the Cologne company at this voluntary quality control with 20 golden, 10 silver and 2 bronze medals.

The Trüller products which were awarded were articles of the salted snack range, such as potato crisps, potato sticks, peanut flips and cheese flips, lye-biscuits, spicy biscuits, prefabricated crisps, mixed savoury products and tortilla chips.

Thanks to its special competence and its special methods, this quality competition organized once a year by the DLG-test centre is one of the most severe and objective. A group of experts guarantees a high level of reputation concerning the results of the sensory analysis, based on current, scientifically proofed testing methods and quality standards for each product. These results are completed by laboratory tests.
