Baked Products


For manufacturing baked products, wheat flour is mixed with the ingredients, kneaded and finally formed.

The dough for lye-products is lead through a lyedipping and afterwards sprinkled with salt or sesame and baked until they are crunchy.

Due to the manufacturing process, baked products have an extra-low content of fat. They are baked – not fried. We have just started to manufacture potato products this way. They are baked until gold-brown and individually seasoned and thus a very light product with even more fun to snack on.
